Our 30-day happiness promise

If you or your pet aren't happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free: we cover the cost.

Your right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you live in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Our 30-day promise extends this period, so you have 30 days in total. To withdraw, simply tell us clearly by email or through our contact page, for example: "I wish to withdraw from my purchase of [product], order number [number]."

How to return an item

  1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and a free return label or a return address with prepaid shipping.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of contacting us.

Please return items unused, clean and, where possible, in their original packaging. Items returned damaged or heavily used may have their refund reduced by the loss in value.

Refunds

We refund the full amount paid, including the original shipping cost, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait until we have received the returned item, or proof that you have sent it, before issuing the refund. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money in your account.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Legal guarantee

EU customers are also covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product doesn't work as described during that time, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it in line with the law.
