Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with tracking once it's on its way.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Where we ship

The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Multiple packages

Items are shipped from our partner warehouses, so if you order several products they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You won't pay extra for this.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first update after dispatch.

Taxes and duties

Any taxes or duties that apply to your order are shown at checkout wherever possible. If you have a question about this for your country, contact us before ordering.

Late or lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a free replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order has been dispatched.
